Full-Time Enrollment Specialist- Remote

Opportunity at a Glance The Specialist, Enrollment serves as a team member with an acute ability to build trusted relationships with current and potential students. Specialists provide excellent service to understand student goals to identify the appropriate higher education program for future success.

Responsibilities

1. Master the enrollment process, including financial aid.
2. Communicate value propositions to provide a positive student experience.
3. Use various communication methods (phone/mail/fax/direct mail) for informed decisions.
4. Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving for student issues.
5. Exceed performance standards through conduct and attitude.
6. Guide prospective students through the enrollment process.
7. Assess applicant qualifications for all programs.
8. Conduct quality inbound/outbound communications.
9. Ensure accurate student information and maintain confidentiality.
10. Maintain positive relationships for program persistence and referrals.
11. Build strong team relationships with direct team and other departments.
12. Participate in training for student enrollments and team collaboration.
13. Perform other duties as assigned.
14. Comply with all policies and standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• 1+ years of customer service, account management or relationship building experience
• 1+ years of previous admissions experience
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
• Confident telephone presence
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Self-motivated and able to work in a team environment
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• High-level understanding of products and programs
• Effective time management skills
• Ability to adapt to change in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to receive constructive feedback and demonstrate accountability
• Critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and good judgment
• Successful completion of Enrollment Specialist training
• Maintain confidential student data
• Comply with Adtalem Code of Conduct and Ethics policy

Compensation

The expected salary range is between $18.15 and $32.86. Actual pay will vary based on factors like experience, location, and training.
