Full-Time Enrollment Specialist- Remote

Opportunity at a Glance The Specialist, Enrollment serves as a team member with an acute ability to build trusted relationships with current and potential students. Specialists provide excellent service to prospective students to understand their goals and identify the appropriate program.

Responsibilities

• Master the enrollment process, including financial aid.
• Effectively communicate program value propositions to enable informed decisions (phone/mail/direct mail).
• Address and resolve student issues.
• Guide prospective students through the enrollment process and assess qualifications.
• Conduct quality communications (inbound/outbound).
• Maintain accurate student information and observe confidentiality.
• Maintain positive relationships to support program persistence and referrals.
• Work collaboratively with the team and other departments.
• Participate in training sessions.
• Comply with all policies and standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• 1+ years of customer service, account management, or relationship building
• 1+ years of admissions experience
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) preferred
• Confident telephone presence
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Self-motivated and able to work in a team environment
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• High-level understanding of products and degree programs
• Effective time management, sense of urgency, and planning/prioritization skills
• Consultative skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to receive feedback and demonstrate accountability
• Critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and good judgment
• Successful completion of Enrollment Specialist training
• Maintain confidential student data
• Comply with Adtalem Code of Conduct and Ethics policy

Compensation

Expected salary range: $18.15 - $32.86. Adjustments based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law.
