Full-Time Enrollment Specialist- Remote

Enrollment Specialist provides excellent service to prospective students, understanding their personal and professional goals, to identify the appropriate higher education program.Responsibilities:

• Master enrollment process, including financial aid.
• Communicate program value propositions effectively via various methods (phone, mail, etc.) to enable informed decisions.
• Resolve student issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Guide prospective students through the enrollment process, assess qualifications, and handle applications (doctoral & alumni programs).
• Conduct quality communication, increase lead activity, ensure accurate applications.
• Maintain accurate student information, observing confidentiality.
• Maintain positive relationships to support program persistence and generate referrals.
• Collaborate with the team and other departments.
• Participate in training and activities to facilitate student enrollment and team collaboration.
• Comply with all policies and standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree
• 1+ years customer service, account management, or relationship building experience
• 1+ years admissions experience
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Confident telephone presence
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Self-motivated and team-oriented
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Strong understanding of products and programs
• Excellent time management, sense of urgency, and prioritization skills
• Consultative skills, adaptability to change in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to receive constructive feedback and demonstrate accountability
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and good judgment
• Successful completion of Enrollment Specialist training
• Compliance with Adtalem Code of Conduct and Ethics

Compensation:

Salary range: $18.15 - $32.86 (USD)
