Job Details
Enterprise Customer Experience Executive to manage and elevate the experience of our high-value, strategic accounts. This role goes beyond reactive support—it’s about proactive relationship management, strategic insight, and driving long-term value for our enterprise customers.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients, ensuring a seamless and high-touch experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that align with client goals.
- Analyse customer feedback and usage data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Drive enterprise-level customer satisfaction (CSAT), retention, and expansion.
- Lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and strategic planning sessions with key stakeholders.
- Act as the voice of the customer internally, advocating for their needs and influencing product/service enhancements.
- Ensure SLAs and KPIs are met or exceeded across all touchpoints.
- Ability to priorities, organize and pay attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communications skills

- Proven experience managing enterprise or strategic accounts in a customer success or experience role.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and data analysis.
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
- 4+ years in a customer-facing role with enterprise clients.
- Experience in telecoms, cloud services, or a related tech environment. (preferable)
- Familiarity with customer success platforms and reporting tools.
