The Enterprise Solutions Executive for the Financial Institution (FI) team drives revenue through existing top accounts and new business acquisition.
Engage senior Marketing, Line of Business, and Data/IT decision-makers to understand their needs and align with Vericast solutions.
Carry sales quota and deliver marketing, deposit & loan acquisition, and other engagement solutions to Vericast's clients and prospects.
Partner with Account Executives, Client Strategists, SMEs, and Business Analysts to develop account engagement plans.
Be a highly influential advisor, passionate about helping clients achieve marketing and growth goals.
Develop close relationships with clients to understand business drivers and industry trends.
Establish buy-in for solutions at all organizational levels.
- Engage client contacts (C-suite to front-line) at target accounts to discover needs, align with Vericast solutions, and deliver results.
- Identify opportunities within existing and potential new Financial Services clients.
- Develop a pipeline of opportunities to exceed quota.
- Partner with existing client teams to identify target accounts and opportunities.
- Perform value analyses to identify value-creation opportunities.
- Deliver the Vericast FI value proposition.
- Identify client cost and value drivers and engage in strategic Marketing planning.
- Discover unmet client needs and partner with product to develop future-state solutions.
- Lead proposal and business development efforts in key accounts.
- Leverage internal expertise to move prospects through the sales cycle.
- Monitor achievement of strategic, financial, and operational benefits.
Education: Bachelor's Degree in business management or related field
Experience: 10+ years in a quota-carrying sales role, consistent over-performance; 3+ years in FinTech or Sales Engineering highly desired; recent solutions sales experience in financial services, fintech, SaaS, consulting, or related companies; marketing background preferred.
Aptitude: Passion for technology, ability to discuss technical concepts and translate them into business outcomes; entrepreneurial mindset; ability to learn quickly, pivot, and adapt.
Knowledge/Skills: Strong communication (written and verbal); executive presence; ability to communicate with C-level executives; ability to interpret financial institution needs and translate them into products/services; understand both sides of a bank's balance sheet; consulting background preferred; adaptable; deliver formal presentations; high Emotional (EQ) and Cognitive (IQ) intelligence; solution selling and targeting; manage client expectations; proficient in problem resolution, overcoming objections, initiative, conceptual selling, presentation delivery, negotiation, and managing multiple priorities.
