Job Details

Client Support Specialist role focuses on supporting and selling Experian Partner Solutions to clients and prospects. This involves developing new business relationships and enhancing existing ones. Strong customer service skills are essential.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Maintaining knowledge of client environments to identify opportunities for Experian products.
  2. Coordinating communications with clients about product/service changes.
  3. Conducting meetings with clients/prospects using phone and web tools.
  4. Identifying cross-selling/up-selling opportunities and referring them to sales personnel.
  5. Researching sales and service opportunities for potential clients.
  6. Providing customer intelligence to sales and marketing teams.
  7. Training users on Experian services.
  8. Communicating client needs to team members.
  9. Maintaining strong relationships with product/service users.
  10. Managing batch programs, assisting with DaaS implementation, consulting on compliance, handling cross-selling/upselling, submitting invoice credits/debits, managing client audits, setting up subcodes, training clients, and managing reports.

Requirements include:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of customer-facing/support experience.
  • Knowledge of the consumer credit reporting marketplace.
  • Comfort operating within a teamed selling approach.
  • Ability to learn independently and in structured environments.
  • Willingness to volunteer for activities as part of a teamed account selling approach.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce.com CRM.

This is a permanent hybrid role in Costa Rica.
