The Revenue Core team is responsible for all centralized revenue team functions, including marketing, operations, implementation, conversions, and payroll integrations.
As a Fast Track Connections Specialist, you will oversee clients' first 401(k) contributions.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers to identify needs and establish 401(k) plans.
- Educate, guide, and inform new customers about employee retirement savings options.
- Collaborate with sales and account management to meet customer needs.
- Drive processes, manage stakeholders, and keep customers engaged and on track.
- Identify process improvement areas to scale the team.
- Be the primary client contact, handling technical integrations with +100 payroll providers.
- Develop in-depth understanding of payroll systems and interrogate data for accuracy.
- Troubleshoot technical issues impacting data flow between client, Human Interest, and payroll partners.
- Independently resolve data discrepancies impacting clients and assets under management.
- Draft procedures for payroll information flow, demonstrating understanding of SEC, DOL, and IRS regulations.
- Investigate technology issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions.
- Guide clients through data analysis and transmission efforts.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external clients, focusing on needs-driven solutions.
- Identify and lead process improvement projects.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years in a role demonstrating troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- 1+ year customer service experience, strong communication skills.
- Strong work ethic, ability to work independently, and manage projects.
- Passion for process improvement and leading change.
- Experience with retirement plans or payroll providers, understanding industry laws.
- Desire to learn new programs and expand retirement industry knowledge.
- Strong focus on quality, PC skills (G-Suite).
- Adaptability to client systems, troubleshooting software issues.
Experience:
- 3+ years of customer onboarding in a SaaS environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, comfortable communicating complex concepts.
- Energy and passion for onboarding 40-50+ customers per month.
- Strong work ethic, proactive customer follow-up, and staying on track.
- Excellent organizational skills, managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Remote Work:
Work from Pacific, Mountain, or Central time zones.
Compensation:
$68,000 - $70,000 (base)
