As our first Customer Success hire, you’ll take full ownership of the customer journey, from onboarding to long-term success. You’ll work hands-on with our customers and help shape the way they interact with our solution — both in the field and at a strategic level. Your work will have direct real-world impact, and you’ll play a key role in building the foundation for how we scale Customer Success going forward.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full customer lifecycle – Own all post-sales activities including onboarding, adoption, retention, and account health monitoring.
- Execute technical implementation – You’ll handle the end-to-end setup for new customers, including data extraction, cleansing, and transformation
- Be a trusted advisor on regulatory topics – You’ll guide customers through compliance questions and help them navigate complex regulatory landscapes.
- Build strong relationships at all levels – Whether it’s field operators or senior management, you’ll communicate with empathy and clarity to create long-term trust.

Requirements
- Skills & experience
- Min. 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role; e.g. customer success, account mgmt. or consulting
- Strong Excel / data handling skills and a sharp analytical mindset
- Excellent people skills – you can navigate conversations with field operators just as well as with senior managers
- Fluent in both English and German
