About AirGarage: AirGarage is repurposing the 30% of real estate in the average American city dedicated to parking. We're building a future where real estate is digitized and can be transitioned to another use seamlessly. We're starting with the $131 billion US parking market. We automate parking lot operation, handling everything from advertising to payments and enforcing illegal parking. We operate 300+ lots across 35 states and are growing rapidly. Backed by top tier investors (Andreessen Horowitz, Floodgate, etc.).
The Role: Seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead a team of Account Executives driving new business at a fast-growing startup. You'll work with our superior product in a slow-to-innovate industry, building and scaling the Account Executive team. You'll oversee 5 people initially, with plans to add more. You'll directly manage the team, with CEO support during the transition.
Responsibilities:
- Coach and support Account Executives to exceed quotas through the full sales cycle.
- Provide training and real-time support to elevate performance.
- Analyze pipeline data to identify improvement opportunities and optimize deal flow.
- Partner with CEO and Account Executives to refine the sales playbook.
- Recruit, onboard, and train new Account Executives.
- Collaborate across teams to shape go-to-market strategy.
- Define and track sales metrics for data-informed decisions.
- Master the parking and commercial real estate industry and product.
- Maintain Salesforce CRM accuracy.
- Lead a culture of excellence and accountability.
Requirements:
- 4+ years quota-carrying sales experience, exceeding goals.
- 2+ years managing Account Executives at a B2B SaaS company, preferably mid-market/complex deals.
- Proven career growth and promotion history.
- Strong coaching and leadership skills.
- Ability to master AirGarage's business and industry.
- Adaptability to fast-paced startup environment.

- Skill in developing repeatable sales processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Data-driven, organized approach to performance improvement.
- Proficiency with Excel for financial analyses.
- Experience in early-stage startups where sales playbooks need development.
- Experience with real estate, property management, or similar is a plus.
Compensation: $125,000 - $140,000 base salary, $225,000 - $275,000 OTE. Uncapped commissions paid quarterly.
