French Language Customer Care Advisors: Fluent in both English and French is essential for understanding ASOS business, processes, websites, and culture. Communicate effectively with French-speaking customers across all channels (social, email, live chat).
Our objective: Customer satisfaction through quality responses, attentiveness, efficiency, and first-contact resolution.
Job Details: Providing exceptional service, achieving KPIs, adhering to confidentiality, and handling customer queries.
About You: Proven contact center experience, excellent computer and typing skills, strong written and spoken French and English, team communication skills, ability to work towards targets, attention to detail, multi-tasking ability, understanding of great customer service.
