Job Details

We are seeking a detail-oriented and adaptable Frontline Support Specialist to join our growing team.

In this role, you will be responsible for handling a variety of client and participant inquiries and troubleshooting technical issues through email-based support.

  1. Process and respond to client tickets and requests received through our CRM and email channels
  2. Troubleshoot login, navigation, and other technical problems experienced by clients and participants
  3. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams for resolution
  4. Maintain accurate records and documentation in our systems
  5. Adapt to changing priorities and assist with ad-hoc tasks as needed
