Full-Time German Customer Service Agent

As a Customer Service Agent, you'll be the first point of contact for users in App Stores, addressing customer queries and providing product support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively monitor and respond to customer reviews and queries in App Stores.
• Respond to potential customers via chat, email, direct messages, and app store review sections.
• Identify trends and issues in customer communications (text, memes, media) and stay updated on social media and app store lingo.
• Moderate reviews and comments, ensuring compliance with brand guidelines.
• Analyze user feedback to make informed decisions on moderating or escalating issues.
• Collaborate with the client to maintain safe and positive app communities.
• Maintain regular communication with your manager.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• C1 or C2 level German (B2 considered); fluency in English
• Personal PC/laptop with a webcam
• Understanding of German nuances (sarcasm, etc.)
• Experience in a non-voice customer service account
• Experience as a content moderator/social media engagement (a plus)
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to work an 8-hour shift, Monday-Friday.
• Stable internet connection and home environment
