Role DescriptionWe are looking for a highly strategic and experienced Global Head of Brand Marketing and Creative to join our dynamic team. You will lead brand strategy and positioning globally. You will work closely with brand creative, product, comms, sales, and growth teams to ensure consistent brand representation and drive product awareness. Ideal candidate has B2B SaaS landscape knowledge, extensive marketing experience, and a passion for building customer-resonant brands.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute global brand strategy across all channels, aligning with business objectives to drive brand awareness, preference, and loyalty.
- Lead and manage a high-performing marketing team executing brand strategy (messaging, visual identity, creative campaigns, influencer engagement, sponsorships, positioning).
- Manage the creative process from concept to completion, translating marketing objectives into creative strategies.
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Direct agency relationships and manage related budgets effectively.
- Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics to refine strategy.
- Collaborate with Brand Creative, Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to integrate go-to-market strategies.
- Leverage market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Reinforce brand values within the organization and market.
- Collaborate with executive leadership on brand strategy, goals, and budgets.
- Leverage analytics to measure and report on campaign performance, adjusting as needed for maximum results.
Requirements
- 15+ years of brand and/or marketing leadership, preferably in B2B SaaS.
- Proven track record of successful integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Exceptional leadership skills with team management experience.
- Deep knowledge of marketing platforms, channels (social, digital, email), and best practices.
- Strong understanding of the B2B SaaS market and customer mindset.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong budgeting, analytics, and decision-making abilities.
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA a plus.
- Experience managing annual budgets of $20M+.
Compensation
- US Zone 2: $221,900—$300,200 USD
- US Zone 3: $197,200—$266,800 USD
