Job Details

Salary Range: $37,500-$44,600 (depending on experience).

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Enrollment Process Management: Schedule appointments/walk-ins for PIV Card Activations, Enrollments, Certificate Updates, and PIN Resets. Answer phone calls/emails related to PIV credentials and access control.
  • Coordinate and conduct the enrollment process, verifying applicant identity and collecting required documents.
  • Manage appointments efficiently and accurately.
  • Documentation and Data Collection: Accurately collect and document personal information, biometric data (fingerprints), and other details.
  • Ensure all documents are properly completed and submitted.
  • Verification and Authentication: Verify authenticity of documents and information to prevent fraud.
  • Use approved verification methods to ensure applicant identity.
  • Data Security and Privacy: Handle sensitive information with discretion, adhering to data protection regulations and security protocols.
  • Maintain data security and integrity, preventing unauthorized access.
  • Communication: Communicate clearly with applicants, explaining the process, required documents, and additional steps.
  • Provide excellent customer service and address concerns.
  • Manage customer issues, maintaining a calm, friendly demeanor.
  • Recordkeeping: Maintain accurate records of the enrollment process, including applicant information, enrollment date, and issues encountered.
  • Prepare and maintain spreadsheets tracking new applicant, contractor, and federal employee files.
  • Compliance and Training: Stay updated on relevant policies, regulations, and procedures.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance knowledge of processes, data security, and customer service.
  • Required Competencies: Experience with Microsoft Excel for data management, coordination, and reporting; ability to adapt to changing security procedures; attention to detail and organizational skills; excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to handle confidential information.
  • Attend local hiring events 3-4 times a month.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
  • Education: High School diploma or GED.
  • Physical Requirements: Primarily sedentary work, with occasional stair climbing, standing, and walking.
  • Occasional reaching, squatting, bending, pulling, grasping, holding, and lifting up to 25-30 lbs.
  • Requires typing and effective communication through frequent talking and listening.

Clearance Requirement: US Citizenship required. Active Public Trust/MBI clearance or ability to obtain one.
