Are you ready to get your hands dirty? We have an opportunity for a Service Attendant - Grounds /Handy Person. This is a full-time role, 2 weeks in and one week off working 10 hours per day roster.
- Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, your main responsibilities will be to deliver various Utility and Grounds services as part of a team.
- Attend to the maintenance of grounds areas, unloading and loading equipment, and general manual labour.
- Based in the town and external ranger mine facilities eg FIFO camp, housing, Mess etc.
- Previous grounds and general maintenance experience in a remote site, mine camp, school, or large grounds area
- Able to follow instructions and ensure effective time management
- Previous experience working with power tools, ride on mowers, chemical handling
- Previous experience working with safe usage of related chemicals, fertilisers, poisons and pesticides, as well as strong safety awareness and safe work ethic
- Able to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders
- Current Open Driver License
