About the opportunity We are seeking a Group Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic and growing team. This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity for an ambitious graduate looking to launch their career in B2B marketing. You’ll join Soben at a pivotal time in our growth journey, playing a key role in delivering impactful marketing initiatives that will amplify our brand and drive success across global markets. Collaborating closely with the Group Marketing Director, Regional Marketing Managers, and colleagues across the business, you’ll gain exposure to a broad range of marketing activities and contribute directly to achieving our ambitious goals.
What you'll do
- Graphic design support: Create visually compelling, on-brand materials—from client presentations to proposals—that reflect Soben’s professional standards and creativity.
- Content creation: Leverage your storytelling skills to develop engaging content across multiple formats, including blogs, website updates, proposals, and more.
- Proposals and bidding: Collaborate with our Bid Manager and Regional Marketing Managers to coordinate tenders and deliver high-quality tender documents.
- Employee engagement: Support the Group Marketing Director in delivering internal communications and engagement activities that connect and inspire our team globally.
- Campaigns: Assist in planning and executing creative, impactful marketing campaigns. Typical tasks may include research, writing, event support, social media planning, and campaign tracking.
About you This role is ideal for a graduate looking for their first or second marketing position. While prior experience isn’t essential, we’re looking for someone who brings:
- A Strong Educational Background: A degree in Marketing, PR, Design, or a related creative field. A Marketing qualification (e.g., CIM) or progress toward one would be a bonus.
- Outstanding Storytelling Skills: A natural communicator who loves writing and crafting compelling content. Fluency in written English is essential.
- Creative Flair: Confidence in working with brand guidelines and creating high-quality content. Familiarity with Canva is highly desirable.
- A Passion for B2B Marketing: A genuine interest in marketing’s role in driving business growth and brand development.
- A Growth Mindset: You’re brimming with ideas, curious about the latest trends, and eager to try new approaches. Self-motivation and a strong work ethic are a must.
