Position Summary We seek a highly experienced, results-driven Growth Marketer. The ideal candidate has enterprise SaaS experience, a proven track record of implementing successful product-led growth strategies, resulting in 20-40% growth in multiple organizations. This role is critical to our continued expansion and market leadership.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive product-led growth marketing strategies aligned with business objectives, driving user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
- Leverage data-driven insights to identify growth opportunities and optimize the customer journey.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, sales, customer success) to ensure alignment and optimize the customer journey.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to measure effectiveness, identify growth opportunities, and make data-driven decisions.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
- Lead multi-channel growth marketing campaigns (digital, content, email, social media) driving user engagement and conversion.
- Implement A/B testing and experimentation frameworks to improve marketing tactics and user experience.
- Establish KPIs and metrics to measure strategy effectiveness, providing regular reports to stakeholders.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices to refine strategies.
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years growth marketing experience, focusing on enterprise SaaS.
- Proven success in implementing product-led growth strategies resulting in 20-40% growth.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.
- Strong understanding of the SaaS business model and customer lifecycle.
- Experience with digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, email, social media, content).
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful growth marketing campaigns.
- Strong project management skills, managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
- Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Knowledge of emerging growth marketing trends and technologies.
- Proactive mindset, passion for innovation and continuous learning.
- MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Financial Services or Fintech experience preferred.
Compensation $110,000 - $170,000 annual base salary, plus year-end bonus (guaranteed first year), benefits (medical, prescription, 401k).
