Guest Service Agent Responsibilities:
- Providing expert service to guests.
- Taking reservations.
- Greeting and registering guests.
- Ensuring an outstanding guest experience.
- Handling guest accounts.
- Addressing guest inquiries, requests, and comments promptly.
- Ensuring guest satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Excellent Communication Skills: Fluency in English is required.
- Prior experience in hotel front office operations is preferred.
- Strong Customer Service Focus
- Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Italian or German speaker is required
- Computer skills in MS Office; Experience with PMS (Property Management Systems) is preferred.
