About the Role
We seek a strategic, results-driven Marketing Leader to develop and elevate Rula's brand.
You'll drive Rula's brand strategy and story. As we grow rapidly, you'll amplify brand awareness and accelerate impact.
Your role oversees brand strategy, creative direction, content, reputation management, social media, and events. You're the brand advocate internally and externally, driving integrated marketing campaigns and collaborating with other marketing teams (patient, provider, and partner).
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years marketing experience
- 8+ years leadership experience
- 8+ years brand marketing experience, owning strategy, creative direction, and integrated campaigns with $5M+ budgets.
- Significant consumer brand experience, focusing on large-scale initiatives.
- Proven ability to tell a brand story across the organization.
- A blend of creative and operational experience.
- Proven experience developing and executing brand strategy.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience at a fast-paced mid-stage startup.
- Experience with brand launch or relaunch/rebrand.
- Experience with a multi-audience business model.
- Experience with advanced measurement techniques (media mix modeling, etc.).
