About the Role
The Head of Marketing will play a pivotal role in Silvur’s mission to engage and support credit union members by executing comprehensive marketing strategies that elevate our brand and drive growth among credit union and bank partners and end users (members/account holders).
Requirements
- MARKETING STRATEGY: Lead development of overall marketing strategy and plans to drive awareness, acquisition/sales, adoption, and engagement/retention for our portfolio of brands.
- MARKETING CAMPAIGNS: Responsible for creation of cross-channel B2B and B2B2C marketing campaigns that target all stages of the sales funnel and consumer lifecycle.
- SALES SUPPORT: Conduct meetings regularly with sales to review pipeline, discuss challenges, and brainstorm possible solutions.
- MARKETING COLLATERAL: Produce high-quality materials to support sales and drive consumer adoption and retention.
- BRAND: Oversee all brand marketing functions, including brand strategy, hierarchy, positioning and messaging, and creative development. Ensure consistent brand messaging and image across all marketing materials and channels, including social media.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Experienced acquisition marketer with 10+ years working in marketing, sales enablement, or related B2B, B2C, and/or B2B2C roles with a proven ability to drive sales, product adoption, and customer retention.
- Strong grasp of digital marketing channels and techniques, including paid advertising, direct mail, social media marketing, content marketing, and email marketing.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) and lifecycle marketing platforms (e.g., Braze) is strongly preferred.
- Experience working at a start-up and/or experience in the finance, fintech, and/or credit union industries (Ideal, but not required).
