Full-Time Head of Operations

Paired is a global staffing agency specializing in remote work. We connect talented individuals with top companies. We are seeking a Head of Operations for a 7-figure DTC e-commerce brand.

This crucial role focuses on optimizing the client's customer experience and streamlining backend processes.

Responsibilities:

• Improve and optimize overall customer experience.
• Manage and oversee customer support team (2-3 agents).
• Collaborate with supplier to address operational challenges.
• Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks.
• Monitor key metrics (chargeback rates, customer return rates).
• Optimize logistics (shipping times, delivery processes).
• Address customer pain points related to product issues, shipping, and support.
• Ensure smooth communication and collaboration.

Requirements:

• Significant operations experience with a 7-figure e-commerce brand.
• Proven track record of taking ownership and driving action.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
