Goal: As a member of the marketing & sales management team, you will report to the Marketing & Sales Director. You work in close collaboration with the different Sales Managers as Head of Specialized Sales to drive business growth into your territory and the territory of the respective Sales Managers. Your territory will be a mix of new logos and existing customers. Besides driving the business, monitoring sales performance in line with the sales plan is key.
Key Responsibility Areas:
- Create a winning sales culture focused on growth and development. Identify actions to be taken with marketing, sales management, and business lines, ensuring planned implementation to achieve sales targets.
- Develop employee lifecycle initiatives (onboarding, skill development) in consultation with HR.
- Establish strong diligence in following up business activities. Determine the commercial review framework aligned with financial forecasting & budgeting. Coordinate with Group Sales Operations when necessary.
- Develop and implement appropriate measurements and reporting (e.g., lead to opportunity, opportunity to closed won, campaigns) in consultation with Finance.
- Develop and implement standardized templates for Account Plan Review, Close plan, and sales performance reviews.
- Organize support for annual and regular business plan preparation, ensuring bottom-up exercises are completed timely and accurately.
- Manage and optimize the sales remuneration plan aligning with company objectives, market norms, and ease of follow-up.
Requirements:
- Combine technology & IT sector know-how, business acumen, familiarity with marketing, and minimum 5 years' experience leading a sales team.
- Proven track record of people development and leadership skills.
- Ability to motivate and drive positive change in people.
- Understanding and application of lead generation, sales forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM data analysis.
- Strong communication and public speaking skills.
- Ability to connect across different levels and build trust.
- Out-of-the-box and challenging thinking.

- Fluency in Dutch, French, and English.
