Location & Remote Work: Remote-first model. Work from home with options to use QuintoAndar offices or partner coworking spaces up to twice a week.

About the position: The Head of Talent Acquisition will drive the company’s hiring strategy, attracting and hiring top talent to support growth and strategic goals. This leader will oversee the entire function, partnering with executives and business leaders to understand talent needs, shape recruitment strategies, and deliver results.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement an innovative Talent Acquisition strategy aligned with company goals.
- Executive Partnership: Collaborate with senior executives to understand business needs and align hiring strategies.
- Change Management: Lead change management initiatives related to new recruitment models and processes.
- Operational Excellence: Optimize recruitment processes to improve efficiency, hire quality, and candidate experience.
- Diversity and Inclusion (D&I): Embed D&I principles into the recruitment process.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize recruitment metrics and analytics to measure effectiveness.
- Executive Communication and Influence: Communicate effectively with executives and other stakeholders.
- Leadership and Team Development: Lead middle management teams, inspiring, mentoring, and developing a diverse team.
- Problem-Solving: Identify challenges, propose solutions, and lead resolutions.
Requirements: Proven experience in strategic leadership in Talent Acquisition; Strong experience partnering with executives; Hands-on change management experience; Ability to lead diverse teams; In-depth D&I experience; Proficiency with data and metrics; Excellent communication skills; Experience in complex, fast-paced environments; Fluent English
