Overall Purpose: Responsible for the operation and continuous improvement of the global Talent Acquisition Suite based on SmartRecruiters. Focuses on process optimization, enhanced user experience, and training within the global HR digitalization team.
Main Responsibilities:
- Supporting SmartRecruiters roll-out at different locations (process modeling, reporting, interface operation).
- Ensuring operation and continuous improvement of the global Talent Acquisition Suite.
- Monitoring applications, analyzing problems, implementing solutions, and managing application releases.
- Analyzing, designing, and implementing digital HR processes within the Talent Acquisition Management landscape.
- Coordinating and qualifying the global HR key user community, fostering knowledge sharing, and learning transfer.
- Continuously striving for an enhanced user experience.
Experiences and Requirements:
- College/University degree (Human Resources, Information Science, Business Process Management, or Economics preferred).
- 3+ years of relevant experience in global organizations.
- Strong professional experience with HR business processes and cloud-based applications (ideally SmartRecruiters or similar).
Technical/IT Skills:
- Understanding of Talent Acquisition applications.
- Strong process design and optimization skills.
- Project management skills are a plus.
- Affinity for IT topics.
- Proficient in MS Office.
Language: Fluent English.
Required Skills and Competencies:
- Knowledge of business environment components.
- Experience with related systems (e.g., KOSTAL specifications).
- Ability to identify and execute customer/business requirements.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, drive progress, and manage change (including cultural change).
