THE POSITION: The Manager, Corporate Communications plays a critical role in supporting and managing significant internal communication, employee engagement and change management initiatives across the organization.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter, detail-orientated team player who can take complex programs and deliver clear, concise messages and recommendations to reach employee audiences. We’re looking for a hungry, motivated team player who is passionate about informing and inspiring employees with important company news, and someone who challenges the status quo and brings innovative solutions to help connect important updates to the company’s global workforce.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support day-to-day communication needs of key EVERSANA’s Shared Service teams and their respective initiatives, including projects across key teams including Finance, IT and other teams, as needed.
- Serve as a primary storyteller and content developer for internal content and channel strategy, working in partnership with the team and the Vice President, Corporate Communications on all initiatives. This includes knowledge of the company’s Intranet, email communications, digital signage, SharePoint repository and more.
- Lead the day-to-day management of the company’s SharePoint-based intranet.
- Serve as the lead supporting key service line and division team communications, including email communications, virtual events, SharePoint updates and other important communication needs.
- Build strategic communication partnerships and support town hall events for key divisions and service lines, including Digital & Data Products, IT and other organizations. Support their individual business communication needs.
- Support the management and development of monthly metrics and reporting to highlight the impact of the team’s communication efforts.
- Demonstrate a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion through continuous development, modeling inclusive behaviors, and proactively managing bias. All other duties as assigned.
EXPECTATIONS OF THE JOB:
- Ability to travel up to 5%
- 40 Hours per week
MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Detailed-oriented, project management skilled professional with experience working in a multi-faceted, fast-paced environment with experience and passion for internal employee communication and engagement.
- Bachelor’s Degree required, Communications, Marketing, Organizational Communication or Public Relations preferred.
- 2-4+ years of experience in a corporate communication role at a multi-site environment preferred.
- Excellence in written and verbal communication, including fluency in Microsoft programs.
- Experience working in a CRM tool like MailChimp, including the management of the tool.
- Experience working with and managing SharePoint-based or other Intranet platforms.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in the pharmaceutical, life sciences or other healthcare experience strongly preferred.
- Experience in change communication is ideal but not required.
- Experience supporting diversity & inclusion communications at a multi-national organization is preferred.
- Multi-media and video development experience is a strong plus but not required.
