Pavago is seeking a passionate Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruiter to join a growing team.
Responsibilities:
- Job Posting: Create and distribute compelling job postings.
- Candidate Sourcing: Actively source and screen applications.
- Interview Coordination: Arrange and manage the entire interview process.
- Candidate Presentation: Present top candidates to clients.
- Onboarding Support: Assist in the onboarding process.
- Client Engagement: Understand client needs and goals.
- Technology Utilization: Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Networking: Build and maintain a talent pool.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Background in Business or related field (MBA a plus).
- Previous recruitment or talent acquisition experience desirable.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills, managing multiple tasks.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Proficiency in video conferencing tools.
What Does a Typical Day Look Like?
Review and update job postings, source candidates, screen applications, conduct interviews, prepare candidate profiles, support onboarding, engage with clients, use recruitment technologies.
