Job Details
Provide timely human resources services to the internal clients, liasing with HR Business Partners to ensure services meet standards and liaison with third-party suppliers to ensure service delivery meets requirements and expectations of the service centre.
Ensure daily activities in the HR Service Centre comply with standard work procedures and legal requirements.
Provide day-to-day HR service centre processing, including Pre-Onboarding medical and background screening, Employee ID Administration, Expatriate Administration.
Coordinate necessary document submission and perform data entry in portal for Dasar Gaji Progressive application submission.
Adherence to SGS Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Policy by upholding good safety behavior and exercising necessary standards and processes to ensure compliance with HSE requirements.
Perform any other responsibilities as assigned by your reporting manager and/or Senior Management.
Required Qualifications:
- Degree/Diploma in Human Resources, Commerce, Business Administration or equivalent
- Fresh graduates with good academic results from recognized universities encouraged to apply
- Knowledge in using computer/MS Office
- Good command of English & Bahasa Malaysia (written and communication)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Organized, systematic with ability to manage large volume of transactional tasks daily
