Turner & Townsend is recruiting an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist.
Reporting to: TA Manager ANZ
Location: Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, or Perth
Responsibilities:
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Excellent stakeholder management.
- Planning and implementing successful recruitment campaigns.
- Writing compelling job adverts.
- Using LinkedIn and other tools to source and manage candidates.
- Tracking and reporting performance.
- Using ATS functionality.
- Knowledge of recruitment regulations and compliance.
- Working under pressure and to deadlines.
- Strong communication (written and oral), interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, and networking skills.

Qualifications and Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Relevant professional qualifications.
- Experience in Real Estate, Project Management, QS Cost Management, Engineering, or Construction.
