What you will do: If you love doing a bit of everything in the People and Culture space, you will love this role! This is a true generalist position: you will be working with and supporting our Education team across 9 (soon to be 10!) Aspect schools and associated satellite sites/classrooms. You will be consulting and collaborating with Aspect School Principals, their teams and the Education Leadership team on a wide range of people, culture and safety matters including recruitment and onboarding, employee relations, workforce planning, talent mapping, injury management, employee safety and wellbeing and implementing PCS projects and initiatives. You will work closely with others members of the People, Culture & Safety (PCS) team: Workplace Relations Manager, Safety and Wellbeing Manager, Talent Acquisition Consultant, Recovery at Work Coordinator and our People Services and Payroll teams. Join the People, Culture & Safety team to support and enable our passionate people to deliver and create positive outcomes for the Autistic individuals we support.
What you bring:
- A commitment to our organizational Values and Code of Conduct.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources.
- 5+ years experience in a Business Partner generalist role.
- Previous experience in an Education (school) environment (desirable).
- A collaborative approach with a passion for fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Demonstrated expertise in employee relations, with a proven track record of managing ER issues.
- Sound experience across the functions of recruitment, performance management, organizational development and injury management.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels.
- Willingness to travel intra and interstate to visit and work at schools.
