Job Details
Provide timely human resources services to internal clients, liaising with HR Business Partners to ensure service standards are met and with third-party suppliers to meet service centre requirements.
Ensure daily HR Service Centre activities comply with standard work procedures and legal requirements.
Process daily HR services, including Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Welfare, HRIS, and Employee Data Management, liaising with functional units.
Handle employee requests, inquiries, and complaints, aiming for first-call resolution.
Manage administrative support, including HRIS administration, payroll processing, letter and contract preparation.
Achieve "zero error" in HR deliveries to maintain a "Centre of Excellence" status.
Adhere to SGS Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Policy, maintaining safe behavior and using standard processes.
Perform any other responsibilities assigned by management.
Qualifications and skills:
- Degree/Diploma in Human Resources, Commerce, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year experience in human resources, preferably with payroll and employee data management exposure.
- Proficient in computer use and MS Office.
- Strong English and Bahasa Malaysia communication skills (written and verbal).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Meticulous and detail-oriented.
- Organized and systematic, with the ability to manage large transaction volumes.
