Answer 40-50 inbound calls per day.
Take payments.
Update demographics
Provide claim status.
Explain copays/deductibles.
Must know how to interpret and explain EOB's.
Excellent written communication skills

Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Microsoft Office Suite)
Self-Managed

Healthcare experience
Ability to simultaneously use multiple programs.
Job Type: Full-time – Monday through Friday, 9am – 5:30pm
Experience: Customer Service experience within the healthcare industry (Required)
Ability to interpret/explain an EOB
Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required.
