Full-Time Home Care Acquisitions Manager

Home Care Acquisition Managers (HCAMs) sign strategic, high-value home care agencies into the A Place for Mom network. This role ensures the right agencies are in each market to handle referrals. HCAMs present a personalized sales presentation showcasing immediate value for agencies. Collaboration with onboarding, success, and care advisors may be required.

What you will do:

• Manage multiple markets and target high-potential home care agencies.
• Educate agencies on A Place for Mom's value and referral programs.
• Sign on new agencies meeting qualifications and regulations.
• Meet weekly KPIs and monthly goals.
• Ensure new agency onboarding success by collecting agreement information.
• Maintain detailed sales activity records in CRM.
• Maintain excellent communication with the Manager of Home Care Acquisitions and provide weekly reports.
• Occasional travel may be required.

Required Skills and Competencies:

• 3+ years sales experience, preferably in senior care/home care
• Hunter mentality
• Highly organized and prioritize multiple responsibilities
• Personal sense of urgency and ability to overcome obstacles
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Accurate data entry into CRM tools
• Excellent customer service skills
• Results-oriented in a fast-paced environment
• Data tracking, analysis, and CRM tools proficiency
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft and Google suites

Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.

Compensation: Base salary range $50,000 - $82,500 (on-target earnings).
