Full-Time Hostess

Hostess needed in Dubai, UAE.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Hostess to join our team.

Responsibilities Include:

• Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Manage reservations (phone, email, in-person)
• Escort guests to tables and ensure comfort
• Monitor table rotation for seating efficiency
• Coordinate with staff for smooth service flow
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area
• Handle guest inquiries and special requests
• Assist with resolving guest concerns
• Support overall operations with food and beverage team
• Stay updated on menu items, specials, and promotions

Skills and Qualifications:

• Previous experience in food & beverage or restaurant operations is a plus
• Excellent guest service skills
• Strong customer-focused attitude
• Superior English language proficiency (verbal and written)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Proficiency in reservation management systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic math skills for reservations and table assignments
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Flexible schedule (evenings, weekends, holidays)
• Professional appearance and grooming
• High school diploma or equivalent; higher education in hospitality is a plus
