Full-Time HOUSEKEEPING

We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Housekeeping/Housemaid to join a welcoming household in Mumbai, India.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, and comfortable living environment for our family while demonstrating professionalism, attention to detail, and a collaborative spirit.

1. Daily cleaning tasks: dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing all areas of the home
2. Laundry duties: washing, drying, ironing, and organizing clothes and linens
3. Maintaining a tidy space: decluttering and arranging items
4. Basic home maintenance: assist with tasks and report issues
5. Kitchen and bathroom maintenance: keep in pristine condition
6. Errands and grocery shopping (as requested)
7. Prepare simple meals/assist with meal preparation (optional)
8. Collaboration: understand and meet family needs
9. Adherence to safety & hygiene
10. Flexibility: adapt to changing schedules
11. Experience & skills: proven experience in housekeeping, attention to detail, time management, cleaning techniques, organizational skills, appliance operation, laundry and ironing skills, basic cooking skills (preferred), physical stamina, communication skills (English and local languages), trustworthiness
12. Other requirements: valid work permit, flexibility to adapt, positive attitude, empathy, willingness to learn, customer-focused mindset, confidentiality, familiarity with local customs
