Full-Time Housing Implementation Consultant - Allocations

Exciting growth opportunity in Housing Team!

We are looking for Implementation Consultants specializing in the Allocations module to support numerous contracts with fantastic customers upgrading or implementing our NEC Housing Management System.

This is a home-based role reporting to a Lead Implementation Consultant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Offer expert guidance implementing NEC Housing system modules, especially Allocations and Housing Advice/Homelessness, focusing on system configuration and build.
• Provide excellent advice and best practices to current customers.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and promptly report issues to internal teams.
• Create and maintain training courses and solution design manuals.
• Stay updated on Social Housing Management developments.
• Be flexible for occasional UK travel to customer and company sites.

Essential Skills:

• In-depth expertise of Allocations and Homelessness processes using Housing Management Software.
• Demonstrated expertise in implementing Housing Management Systems/Modules, focusing on system configuration and build.
• Proven track record providing high-quality consultancy to Local Authorities, ALMOs, or Housing Associations.
• Ability to consistently achieve positive customer feedback.
• Proficiency in creating and maintaining training materials.
• Willingness to work on multiple parallel projects (when proficient).

Desirable Skills:

• Experience creating, configuring, and implementing wider NEC Housing system modules.
