WHAT YOUR NEXT JOB WILL BE ABOUT
- Drive performance of teams and individuals.
- Train and develop line managers and employees.
- Be proactive in solving organizational needs and challenges.
- Secure HR concepts and policies.
- Follow up and secure actions related to KPI development.
- Conduct store visits and uphold HR processes, maintaining core values.
- Provide HR support and guidance to line managers, focusing on labor law, regulations and employee relations.
WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING
- Strong planning and implementation skills, with a keen eye for follow-up.
- Excellent communication and influencing abilities.
- Willingness to travel and engage with employees (3-4 days/week).
- Fluent in Czech/Slovak and English (B2 minimum).
- Driver's license.
- Customer-centric mindset and ability to thrive in a dynamic, multicultural environment.
