WHAT YOUR NEXT JOB WILL BE ABOUT

• Drive performance of teams and individuals.
• Train and develop line managers and employees.
• Be proactive in solving organizational needs and challenges.
• Secure HR concepts and policies.
• Follow up and secure actions related to KPI development.
• Conduct store visits and uphold HR processes, maintaining core values.
• Provide HR support and guidance to line managers, focusing on labor law, regulations and employee relations.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING

• Strong planning and implementation skills, with a keen eye for follow-up.
• Excellent communication and influencing abilities.
• Willingness to travel and engage with employees (3-4 days/week).
• Fluent in Czech/Slovak and English (B2 minimum).
• Driver's license.
• Customer-centric mindset and ability to thrive in a dynamic, multicultural environment.
