HR Coordinator Mission: Support HR function, manage processes and documentation for job offers, new starters, leavers, probation periods, and promotions. Take ownership of the Jira ticketing system. Support HR Business Partner and Business Unit Leaders with employee tasks.
Essential Duties:
- Support HRBPs in global employment cycle processes (onboarding, offboarding, employee engagement, training, recruitment).
- Administer employee benefits and initiatives, HR administrative operations.
- Maintain HR records, update HRIS databases, prepare/amend HR documents, provide HR reports.
- Assist HRBP in reviewing company policies, employee handbook, and compliance records.
- Support Business Unit managers with employee engagement and communication.
- Deliver HR initiatives for employer brand strengthening through recruitment and retention.
- Provide additional support to Talent Acquisition and Global HR team.
- First point of contact for HR queries via Jira, providing advice.
- Manage and issue documentation for: employment offers, employment contracts, contractor onboarding, permanent staff onboarding, resignation acceptance, probation periods, promotions, salary increases, reference requests.
- Maintain and update UKG HRIS records.
- Assist with HR annual goals and strategic projects.
Education and Training: Bachelor's Degree in HR or Business preferred.
Experience: 3-5 years in HR administration or generalist roles.
Skills and Abilities:
- Experience with day-to-day HR functions, document processing, employee records.
- Experience with HRIS (UKG preferred).
- Excellent English (verbal and written).
- Strong MS Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel).
- Ability to prioritize and work independently.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Team player with excellent customer service and communication.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
