Full-Time HubSpot Support Specialist (HubSpot Admin)

We’re looking for a HubSpot Support Specialist to join our growing team. You’ll work closely with customers to deliver solutions inside HubSpot.

What You’ll Do:

• HubSpot implementations and data migrations
• Performing “Fractional Admin” updates
• Managing and cleaning data in Excel or Google Sheets
• Building, testing, and activating HubSpot solutions independently
• Communicating with customers via email and Slack
• Keeping clear records in our project management system
• Supporting other team members

You’ll Excel If You Have:

Experience & Background:

• Hands-on experience in Marketing and Sales Hubs
• Familiarity with project management tools
• 2+ years in a customer-facing role
• 2+ years working in a GTM department
• Experience managing data in Excel or Google Sheets

Skills & Strengths:

• A problem-solving mindset
• Strong written communication
• Meticulous attention to detail and data accuracy
• A desire to learn how systems and operations work

Must-Haves:

• At least 2 years of experience in a GTM department
• Hands-on HubSpot experience
• Proven ability to communicate with customers
• A track record of solving problems independently
• A willingness to learn and grow
