We're looking for a dynamic Implementation Manager to help with customer training and onboarding for SMB Customers. You'll manage a portfolio of new and existing customers and guide them through onboarding to 'go live' on the Levelset platform. Your goal is to decrease time-to-value and drive product adoption.
You'll be the first touchpoint after purchase, so a WOW experience is critical for long-term success. The position reports to the Manager, Customer Success and offers growth opportunities in Customer Success.
- Conduct customer training sessions (phone, screen-share, email, in-person).
- Manage SMB customer onboarding through webinars and 1:1 meetings.
- Develop training content (guides, webinars, videos, articles).
- Collaborate with customer success managers for account support and expansion.
- Assist with basic Levelset integrations with other systems.
- Comprehend customer data (jobs, contacts, financials) and its synchronization with Levelset.
- Collaborate with Education Experts to improve and scale processes.

Compensation: $42,840 - $58,905 base pay + commission, estimated $50,400 - $69,300 on-target earnings. Equity compensation is also available.
