Full-Time Implementation Manager, Emerging Specialty Contractor

We're looking for a dynamic Implementation Manager to help with customer training and onboarding for SMB Customers. You'll manage a portfolio of new and existing customers and guide them through onboarding to 'go live' on the Levelset platform. Your goal is to decrease time-to-value and drive product adoption.

You'll be the first touchpoint after purchase, so a WOW experience is critical for long-term success. The position reports to the Manager, Customer Success and offers growth opportunities in Customer Success.

1. Conduct customer training sessions (phone, screen-share, email, in-person).
2. Manage SMB customer onboarding through webinars and 1:1 meetings.
3. Develop training content (guides, webinars, videos, articles).
4. Collaborate with customer success managers for account support and expansion.
5. Assist with basic Levelset integrations with other systems.
6. Comprehend customer data (jobs, contacts, financials) and its synchronization with Levelset.
7. Collaborate with Education Experts to improve and scale processes.

Compensation: $42,840 - $58,905 base pay + commission, estimated $50,400 - $69,300 on-target earnings. Equity compensation is also available.
