We're looking for a proactive and customer-focused Inside Customer Success Specialist. This role ensures customers are informed, supported, and heard â helping us deliver an exceptional customer experience while driving engagement. You'll join a growing team that values curiosity, customer empathy, and clear communication.

Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Communication: Draft and distribute customer communications, manage SendGrid campaigns, and monitor campaign performance.
- Customer Support & Feedback Management: Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, collect feedback, and maintain an organized feedback loop.
- Customer Engagement & Satisfaction: Collect and analyze customer satisfaction trends, identify opportunities to improve communication, and collaborate with the marketing team.
- Marketing Coordination: Create training materials, support customer-facing content, capture stories from the field, and assist with campaign execution.
Qualifications:
- 2â 4 years of experience in customer support, customer success, or communications (preferably in SaaS or technology).
- Background in marketing, communications, or content creation.
- Experience with SendGrid, Intercom and HubSpot CRM/Service Hub.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Passion for customer experience.
Nice to Have:
- Experience creating or managing release notes.
- Familiarity with marketing automation, analytics tools, and customer journey mapping.
- Understanding of product-led growth or SaaS business models.
