Summary: The Inside Sales Representative (ISR) supports New Era Technology's Global Digital Transformation efforts by driving lead generation, pipeline development, and campaigns in collaboration with our strategic partners, Microsoft and SAP. The ISR is responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and nurturing leads to create opportunities for the Business Development team to close.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct targeted outreach to a segmented list of prospects using phone, email, and social platforms.
  • Partner with Microsoft and SAP teams to drive strategic campaigns.
  • Qualify inbound leads from marketing initiatives using BANT criteria.
  • Research decision-makers and influencers within prospect organizations.
  • Schedule and conduct meetings with prospects.
  • Document all prospect interactions in the CRM system.
  • Build strong internal relationships with the Business Development team.
  • Achieve and exceed KPIs (e.g., daily outreach, monthly goals).
  • Stay current on technology trends.
  • Attend training sessions.

  • Strong understanding of digital transformation, cloud technologies, and partner ecosystems (Microsoft, SAP).
  • Ability to articulate New Era's value proposition.
  • Exceptional organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office 365, and social selling tools.

  • Resilience and a results-driven mindset.
  • Team player.

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum of one year of B2B sales experience.
  • Experience with Microsoft or SAP technology ecosystems is preferred.
