Business Unit Mission: M3 manages thousands of online interviews annually. QualStage, developed to meet the growing demand for remote qualitative research, is easy-to-use, secure, and replicates high-quality in-person experiences. Support provided for clients using other platforms.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Point of contact for technical platform issues (internal/external users)
- Assess user support needs and provide timely assistance
- Prepare respondents for scheduled interviews
- Facilitate interview start and provide troubleshooting support
- Support moderator and interpreter trainings
- Triage and communicate issues to QualStage Product Owner and Engineering team
- Document technical issues and resolutions for customer support and internal processes
- Stay updated on product features and enhancements; provide internal technical guidance
Education and Training: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Multilingual Requirements: Proficiency in at least one of these languages: Japanese, Mandarin, Fookien, Korean, Polish, and English
Experience Requirements: Experience supporting customers with Qualitative online platforms is preferred. Strong working knowledge of Windows, Apple operating systems, and product suites; internet browsers (Safari, Edge, Chrome, Firefox), and Apple/Android mobile devices.
Customer Service/Call Center Experience: Highly desirable

Rate: $10 - $12 USD per hour (local business hours per project)
