Full-Time Italian Customer Service Representative

• Key Responsibilities:
• Provide outstanding customer service via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with product-related issues and warranty claims.
• Provide clear and accurate information about products and services.
• Resolve customer complaints effectively.
• Collaborate with team members to escalate issues.
• Participate in regular training to enhance product knowledge.

• Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Language Skills: Italian (C2) Native-level fluency. English (B2) Intermediate.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer-focused with a passion for providing excellent service.
• Problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Prior experience in customer service is a plus.
• EU Citizenship, Full-purpose or Specific-purpose work permit card, or Certificate of Protection (refugees) is required.
