Job Details
This role leads and manages initiatives for successful delivery of new processes and standards to internal customers. It involves project planning, execution, and implementation, aligning with SLAs, client expectations, and business objectives. Collaboration with cross-functional teams (technical resources, client stakeholders) is key to project success.
Responsibilities:
- Manage projects impacting Field Operations Teams: schedule cross-functional meetings, establish goals and timelines, and gain stakeholder buy-in.
- Create impactful presentations communicating complex business concepts visually.
- Work with the team to understand goals and transform ideas into compelling stories.
- Translate business needs into engaging narratives for standardization and efficiency.
- Manage key timelines and communicate with various teams.
- Connect with diverse stakeholders and manage multiple initiatives.
- Gather and analyze data for project approvals, tracking improvements, and identifying trends.
- Identify process improvement and efficiency gains.
- Implement best practices and methodologies.
- Provide support to the team (meeting notes, key actions, administrative tasks).
- Streamline operations and keep the team focused on goals.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders (clients, internal teams, leadership).
- Effectively communicate project status and progress to stakeholders.
- Manage expectations and ensure alignment with project goals.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Bachelor's degree or 6 years equivalent experience
- Excellent communication skills to translate business needs into new processes.
- Strong organizational skills for managing timelines and team communication.
- Good analytical skills, proficiency with Excel and data analysis tools.
- Telecom/Cable/Internet Service Provider industry experience preferred.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Corporate experience (similar role) preferred.
- Liaison with business stakeholders and leadership for content updates.
- Maintain organization best practices and design methods (PowerPoint, Google Slides, Adobe tools).
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
