Job Details

The Luxury Customer and Consumer Service Trainer is responsible for developing, implementing, and facilitating training programs for remote customer service associates. This role ensures a world-class luxury service experience.

Responsibilities:

  1. Design, develop, and deliver training programs focused on luxury customer service, product knowledge, and system navigation.
  2. Lead onboarding programs for new hires and provide ongoing education.
  3. Ensure training aligns with luxury service standards, emphasizing personalized, high-value interactions.
  4. Identify and implement best practices to improve efficiency, knowledge retention, and customer satisfaction.
  5. Provide individualized coaching, role-playing scenarios, and feedback to strengthen associate performance.
  6. Ensure training content aligns with company policies and industry best practices.
  7. Partner with leadership, Customer Experience, Sales, Marketing, and Product teams.
  8. Track training effectiveness using key performance indicators and data analysis.
