As a Luxury Hotel Customer Advisor, you will assist guests with room bookings, changes, and service inquiries. Ensure all communication is professional, warm, and detailed to create memorable guest experiences.
This is a remote role based in Bulgaria. Candidates must be available to work shifts.
Provide customer support and reservation services for luxury hotels globally, primarily via email with occasional voice calls.
Handle customer inquiries related to bookings, cancellations, special requests, and loyalty programs.
Exceed customer expectations with proactive and personalized service.
Understand the hotel's offerings and services for accurate information.
Document customer interactions using the company's CRM system. Ensure all requests are processed efficiently.
Adhere to company policies, customer service standards, and performance goals.
Collaborate within a team environment to ensure smooth operations and excellent service.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Based in Bulgaria with remote work ability.
- Fluent in German and English (B2 level or higher).
- Available to work shifts Monday to Sunday, 9 AM to 10 PM.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, passionate about exceptional customer service.
- Self-motivated and disciplined for remote work, strong time management skills.
- Experience in customer service or hospitality, ideally in the luxury hotel sector.
- Eager to work in a dynamic environment and provide high-quality service.
Work Model: Fully remote with permanent residency in Bulgaria and shift availability.
