Luxury Product Consultant

Provides high-quality customer care to create positive experiences.

Handles inbound calls and emails for product questions, troubleshooting, and warranty support.

Works remotely.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional consumer experiences for luxury products.
• Handle inbound calls to troubleshoot and resolve product/technical issues.
• Utilize technology to assist consumers with product identification, resolutions, and technical guidance.
• Manage challenging consumer situations professionally.
• Maintain composure and professionalism in all interactions.
• Achieve daily targets for call quality, call management, productivity, and adherence to processes.
• Document consumer demographics, product details, and troubleshooting steps accurately.
• Perform additional duties as needed.

Basic Qualifications:

• Strong desire to provide luxury service to customers.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years experience in a contact center or customer service environment.
• Meet internet speed requirements, pass background/drug tests, and follow Remote Work Policy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient PC skills with Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to thrive in a demanding work environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree.
• Prior ERP (SAP, Oracle) experience.

Salary: $40,000 - $60,500 USD
