THE ROLE
AG1 is seeking a passionate and strategic Manager, Integrated Marketing to help bring key moments and campaigns to life through our marketing ecosystem. This role will focus on driving and executing integrated marketing initiatives that help connect AG1 to key consumer moments and occasions. We’ll do this through a focus on storytelling, connecting workflows across teams, and leveraging insights to build content that resonates with customers throughout the year.
This position requires a dynamic collection of skills - excellence in developing campaign strategy, highly confident operational skills, and a natural leadership ability that can galvanize cross-functional teams toward a shared vision.
This is a unique opportunity to shape how AG1 builds its brand through cohesive marketing strategies that include brand, product, creative, and operations.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Help develop the marketing strategy for key consumer moments, including our peak season and holidays, and own the development and execution of campaigns surrounding core sports moments, such as IRONMAN, Marathon season and other occasions we’ll activate to drive consideration for AG1.
- Act as a strategic leader that represents the customer voice and synthesizes insights and trends across category and competitive trends to inform strategic briefs and channel recommendations.
- Drive collaboration and process across marketing teams to ensure we deliver coordinated and cohesive narratives across the year.
- Strengthen relationships across Consumer Insights, Research and Innovation (RNI), Communications and channel leads to ensure stakeholders are aligned on timing, calendars, and channels being activated to reach customers.
- Maintain and own our source of truth for integrated marketing plans, including messaging, campaign flighting, and results.
- Partner collaboratively across our internal studio and/or agency partners to ensure that our creative strategy reflects our strategic priorities, and that our creative launches and the right time to achieve our campaign goals.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 3-5 years of experience in Brand Marketing, Integrated Marketing, or a related field, with expertise in leading cross-functional teams and delivering high-impact, full-funnel marketing strategies.
- Highly confident operational skill-set, including written and verbal communication.
- Passion for the role of customer insights, data, and feedback loops in shaping both strategy and creative execution
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills to manage partnerships across teams, including Brand, Creative, Product, Communications, and Consumer Insights
- A creative problem-solver who can proactively build processes and workflows in a fast-paced environment, while balancing the needs of brand-building and business growth
- Experience with lifestyle brands or health and wellness brands is a plus, particularly in direct-to-consumer (DTC) and eCommerce environments.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced growth environment, handling ambiguity, shifting priorities, and evolving business needs.
- Extreme attention to detail and commitment to improving the way we organize, track and report back on critical work.
- Genuine passion for people and community, and a deep interest in health, wellness, and storytelling
- Strong interpersonal, written communication, and organizational skills to manage multiple work streams and collaborate across the organization
