The Alignment team supports the CMO and US marketing organization. This role reports to the Director Alignment.
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring consistent, clear, and engaging marketing communications, both internally and externally.
- Managing department-specific communications (newsletters, leader emails, etc.).
- Coordinating internal and external events (meetings, workshops, conferences).
- Developing onboarding orientation programs.
- Marketing Enterprise Communications: Building and maintaining a communication plan, including newsletters, emails, presentations, campaign initiatives, town halls, and webcasts.
- Messaging consistency: Defining communication guidelines and ensuring alignment with department goals, tone, and branding.
- Leader Engagement: Collaborating with leaders to understand their needs and create effective communication materials.
- Digital Platforms: Managing and updating internal communication platforms, ensuring content is current and accessible.
- Internal/External Events: Planning and executing internal (team meetings, workshops) and external (conferences, webinars, presentations) events, handling logistics, scheduling, venue selection, agendas, etc.
- Training and Onboarding: Designing and implementing comprehensive onboarding orientations and materials.
