Full-Time Managing Director

We are seeking a Managing Director to join our Blockchain and Cryptocurrency Financial Investigations practice. This is a unique opportunity for an entrepreneurial, highly driven person with a well-rounded skill set to join the JS Held team.

The ideal person for this role will need to not only have a strong grasp of investigations, but also be a flexible and strategic thinker able to take on a variety of tasks. Specifically, we are looking to add an individual who has a developed understanding of blockchain and cryptocurrency. This role will not only be investigatory in nature but will encompass many of the financial crime related elements that the cryptocurrency industry is experiencing.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred
• Minimum of 12 years of relevant work experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in the consulting industry
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth, profitability, and market expansion
• 7+ years of experience building and leading high-performing teams
• Demonstrated success in developing business through marketing and thought leadership initiatives
• Strong financial acumen and strategic planning skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Experience in stakeholder management and board relations
• Ability to make decisive, data-driven decisions in a fast-paced environment
• Innovative mindset with a passion for driving organizational change and improvement
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
• Willingness to travel as needed for business purposes

Salary: $90,000 - $125,000 plus annual bonus eligibility.
